How your data is handled

  • Your file is read in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded or stored.
  • Customer emails, phone numbers or IDs are replaced in your browser with one-way codes before anything is sent; GrowKrft never receives the originals. Columns you don't match are never sent.
  • Order rows are analysed in memory on our server and discarded straight away.
  • Only the aggregate results (totals, trends, product summaries, insights) are kept — for 24 hours, or until you save them to your workspace.
  • No AI provider is used for this analysis. Every number is calculated by documented formulas.
