GrowKrft is an early-stage commerce intelligence platform that helps businesses analyse ecommerce data and generate insights.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use GrowKrft, we may process account information, uploaded CSV files, ecommerce data, product and order information, usage data, and information required to operate integrations and AI features.
Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information or data you are not authorised to use.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide analytics and reports, generate AI-assisted insights, process uploaded files and configured integrations, maintain platform security, troubleshoot issues and respond to enquiries.
Third-Party Services
GrowKrft may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics and AI functionality. Information required by an enabled feature may be processed by those providers under their applicable terms and configurations.
Website Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how GrowKrft is used, such as which pages are visited and which buttons and links are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.
- We never send what you type into forms, the contents of your files or reports, email addresses, or workspace names.
- Page addresses are shortened before they are sent: workspace addresses, report and invitation links, and other query details are removed.
- Google signals and advertising personalisation are turned off for GrowKrft.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on without affecting how GrowKrft works.
Data Storage and Deletion
We aim to retain information only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the feature used.
You may contact us to ask about your data or request deletion. Certain information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons.
How the Free CSV Analysis Works Today
This describes the current behaviour of the free analysis and will be updated if it changes.
- Your file is read in your browser. The file itself is not uploaded or stored.
- Only the columns you match are used. Customer identifiers such as emails or phone numbers are replaced in your browser with one-way codes before anything is sent to GrowKrft.
- Order rows are analysed in server memory and are not stored. Only aggregate results (totals, trends, product summaries and insights) are kept.
- An unsaved analysis can no longer be opened after 24 hours and is then deleted during routine clean-up. You can delete it sooner from the results page. Reports you save to a workspace stay until you delete them.
- No AI provider is used for this analysis.
- A one-way code derived from your network address is used to limit abuse of the free service and is stored with the analysis.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information using appropriate safeguards. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process data through GrowKrft.
