5 products are gaining momentum

Resistance Band Set, Plant Protein 1kg, Yoga Mat Pro grew 30% or more, adding ₹5,52,281 in the second half of your data.

Added product revenue
₹5,52,281
Period
1 Apr 2026 – 30 Sep 2026Compared with: 1 Oct 2025 – 31 Mar 2026
Why it matters
Rising products are where extra marketing and inventory are most likely to pay off.
Recommended action
Make sure these products have stock and visibility, and test featuring them in campaigns.
Evidence
Only products with at least 2% of product revenue and 10 orders are considered.
Limitations
  • Launch timing can inflate growth for new products.

Revenue grew 36.8%

Revenue was ₹17,40,708 in the second half of your data versus ₹12,72,792 in the first half.

Revenue change
+36.8%
Period
1 Apr 2026 – 30 Sep 2026Compared with: 1 Oct 2025 – 31 Mar 2026
Why it matters
Knowing what drove growth lets you double down on it before it fades.
Recommended action
Check which products and channels contributed most to the increase and protect their stock and budget.
Evidence
648 orders vs 831 orders across two 182-day periods.
Limitations
  • Seasonality is not adjusted for; a seasonal peak can look like growth.
3DiscountsStrong evidencePriority score 80/100

40% of orders used a discount

Discounts equal 6.1% of gross sales. Discounted orders average ₹1,879 versus ₹2,144 at full price.

Discount rate
6.1%
Period
1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026
Why it matters
Heavy discounting trains customers to wait for offers and erodes margin.
Recommended action
Test smaller or targeted offers (first order, win-back) instead of site-wide discounts and compare conversion.
Evidence
1,479 orders with discount information.
Limitations
  • Discount amounts are taken as provided; free shipping or bundled gifts may not be included.
4ProductsStrong evidencePriority score 80/100

Top 5 products drive 76% of revenue

Your best seller, Yoga Mat Pro, alone accounts for 28.3% of product revenue; 12 products sold in total.

Top-5 share
76%
Period
1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026
Why it matters
High concentration means a stock-out, price change or competitor on one product can hit total revenue hard.
Recommended action
Protect stock for the top sellers and test promoting the next tier of products to spread risk.
Evidence
Product revenue across 12 products.
Limitations
  • Product revenue is item-level revenue and may exclude shipping or order-level discounts.

5CustomersStrong evidencePriority score 68/100

63% of customers bought more than once

346 of 547 identified customers placed two or more orders, generating 87% of identified-customer revenue.

Repeat purchase rate
63.3%
Period
1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026
Why it matters
Returning customers are a strong base; keeping them engaged protects revenue.
Recommended action
Reward and segment your repeat customers, and learn which first products lead to repeat purchases.
Evidence
547 identified customers over 365 days.
Limitations
  • Customers are matched only by the identifier column you mapped; the same person under two identifiers counts twice.
6OrdersStrong evidencePriority score 67/100

77% of orders contain a single product

Most customers buy one product per order.

Single-product orders
77%
Period
1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026
Why it matters
Adding a second item to even a fraction of orders lifts revenue without new customers.
Recommended action
Test bundles or 'frequently bought together' suggestions using your top products.
Evidence
1,479 orders.
Limitations
  • Counts distinct products per order, not units.
7ProductsStrong evidencePriority score 58/100

1 key product is losing sales

₹62,352
Period
1 Apr 2026 – 30 Sep 2026Compared with: 1 Oct 2025 – 31 Mar 2026
Why it matters
Declining products quietly drag down totals and often signal stock, pricing or listing problems.
Recommended action
Check stock levels, listing status, price changes and reviews for these products.
Evidence
Only products with at least 2% of product revenue and 10 orders are considered.
Limitations
  • Seasonal or discontinued products will also appear here.

Period
1 Apr 2026 – 30 Sep 2026Compared with: 1 Oct 2025 – 31 Mar 2026
Why it matters
Order value multiplies every acquisition rupee or dollar you spend; small changes have large effects.
Recommended action
Identify the bundles, price changes or products behind the higher basket size and promote them.
Evidence
Based on 1,479 orders.
Limitations
  • A change in product mix or discounting can move AOV without a change in customer behaviour.

How these numbers are calculated
  • Orders are grouped by Order ID. An order's date is the earliest date seen for that ID.
  • Cancelled orders (status containing 'cancel' or 'void') are excluded from revenue and order metrics and counted separately.
  • Revenue basis: when an order-total column is mapped, each order's total is counted once (it is never summed across its line items). Otherwise revenue is the sum of item revenue (item revenue, or unit price × quantity).
  • Product revenue always uses item-level revenue. If only order totals exist, product revenue is not calculated (it cannot be split between products without guessing).
  • Average order value (AOV) = revenue ÷ number of non-cancelled orders with revenue.
  • Trends compare the first and second half of the uploaded date range (equal number of days).
  • Discount and refund amounts are counted once per order when marked as order-level, or summed per line when marked as line-level.
  • Discount rate = total discount ÷ (revenue + total discount). Refund rate = total refunds ÷ revenue.
  • Repeat-purchase metrics use a customer identifier only when one is mapped. Identifiers are hashed in your browser; GrowKrft never receives the original values.
  • Insight priority score (0–100) = 50% impact + 30% evidence quality + 20% how actionable the finding is. No financial impact estimates are invented.
  • An insight is shown only when the data contains enough evidence for it; GrowKrft never adds filler insights to reach ten.
